In 1917, Grandpa Joe Flamm began making pickles for family and friends. Before long the demand for his pickles blossomed and Flamm Pickle and Packing Company was born. In 1962, Joseph’s son Seymour and his sister Harriett built a new production facility to manufacture pickles.
Our family-run business thrived and we developed our niche manufacturing pickle relish for top salad dressing manufacturers and major food companies. In 1991 Seymour died and Gina Flamm took over as President of Flamm’s Pickles. Our Business has grown over the years and we now produce millions of pounds of relish every year which are used to produce some of the most popular salad dressings and sauces. Throughout the years many changes have been made but one thing remains constant: the desire and ability to produce the finest quality pickle relish for our valued customers. The Flamm family has been producing pickles since 1917. That’s a 100 year legacy that we hope you will help us to continue.
